Ed is not a big fan of cakes, but loves ice cream cakes. After Kimberlee's huge Dora cake we didn't want to get a large ice cream cake that we wouldn't finish, so Ed's birthday cake was an individual ice cream cupcake. We spent his birthday at home relaxing as a family, something we don't always get to do. I know, we party hard in this house.
