Happy Easter, Part 2: The Weekend

We have had a wonderful Easter weekend! Our friends took a little vacation to Hot Springs on Friday and Saturday and invited us to come along. It was the perfect excuse to get the boat in the water and relax as a family. The cute little cabin we stayed in:
The upstairs was a "sleeper loft" that the girls loved playing in, but no one wanted to sleep in. We finally had to force 2 of the girls up there. What's a family vacation without a little drama?

The next morning we all got out on the lake. Well, in the boat on the lake - the water was freezing.
Doesn't he look happy? I'm pretty sure Ed has been dreaming of owning his own boat since he was a toddler.
After Kimberlee's soccer game (which they finally won!), we finally headed home where the girls discovered the Easter Bunny had visited!
