The ants go marching...

Grandma and Bonka sent our little scientist an ant farm for her birthday, and the ants finally arrived just after Grandma left.  Time to make their new home!

 Kimberlee is fascinated.  I have to admit Ed and I are a little fascinated too.  Ed accidentally buried some when he gave them some water, and the whole group immediately recognized the problem and worked together to open up the tunnel again.  Amazing.

Enjoy it Kimberlee.  This is about as close to a pet as you're going to get for a while.
